Analysis: H.333 would make it illegal for a restaurant, gas station, grocery store, etc. to offer customers the service of private men’s and women’s bathrooms. It would make mandatory that all single-occupancy bathrooms (“no more than one water closet and urinal with a locking mechanism controlled by the user”) be open to all genders.
