McClaughry’s Keynote Address at Reagan Dinner

EAI founder John McClaughry served as a policy advisor in the Reagan Administration. He gave the keynote address at the 2016 Chittenden County Republicans’ Reagan Dinner. For those who missed the event, here are John’s remarks. Enjoy!
